As a member of our Agency Management Team, you will recruit, train, and manager a team of Agency Sales Reps. You will be tasked with leading your team and helping them achieve their goals. Their success is your success. This position also provides a path to Agency ownership.
Agency Sales Representative
As a member of our Agency Sales Team, you will serve as a consultant to the business.
You will be empowered to help employers manage the complexities of benefits through our proven business solutions – cost management, HR administrative time savings, end-to-end enrollment support, and benefits communication and education. You’ll also help employees understand their benefits and determine where they may need added financial protection.

As a member of our Outside Sales Team, our hybrid model offers the best of both the independent and career worlds. You will specialize in our Individual market, helping our clients by performing a needs analysis and determines what may best serve their retirement, life and health insurance needs.
Hours Of Operation:
Monday - Thursday: 9am – 5pm • Friday: 9am – 3pm
Saturday: By appointment only • Sun – Closed
